Brenn! New York reviews
great! but no captions and kids' "free food" was gross
We missed the *BEST* part, bummed that. Why did we miss it? Well... it was Kids Eat Free day. When it was our turn at the concession stand, they were adamant on us having the voucher. We were on the second floor, far far away from the entrance, close to our seats, and we had already scanned our tickets. The voucher was right at the entrance on the first floor, so we walked all the way back to the entrance. We grabbed the voucher, had our tickets scanned again, walked alllll the way back to the second floor only to MISS THE BEGINNING! It got me a little annoyed because it would have been my son's first experience. We had to stand and do the national anthem at the concession stand with the free food bag in hand. OH well, Kids Eat Free. If I have a kid with me, that should be enough for them to give him his bag. My son politely declined the second bite of the hotdog after tasting it; the hotdog/fries was really gross. So I tasted it and said, "I get what you mean" and put it away. The game was FUN to watch; we enjoyed it nonetheless. Would be awesome to see captions on the screen though so we'd know what's happening. We also got to skate with the team afterwards, and that was spectacular. We will be back. Will definitely be skipping the hotdogs and fries though.
